2004 Junior State Tournament July 30th - August 3rd
The following is a list of things you need to do immediately:
Fax or email your form 1 to us at either (608) 356-9022 fax or dan@don-rick.com. Please also include your overall record.
We also need your team picture either Fedex’d or emailed via Jpeg file. The picture is due by Tuesday July 27th, or your picture will not be in the program.
In addition, please provide a contact and cell phone number for your team in the event of rain delays.
Please contact the Park Plaza Hotel (608) 356-6422 to get your rooms transferred from Baraboo Legion Baseball to your team. When you call, please tell them you are calling for rooms booked in the name of Baraboo American Legion Baseball Region "X" (fill in your region here). Below is a cross reference of the host site by regional number so you'll be sure to provide the correct region number. You will have 10 rooms per team. These have been booked for the 30th and and the 31st. The rate is $76 per night and we ask that you book for two nights. It is possible more rooms will be available to you if teams within driving distance advance and elect not to stay. These will be held until July 28th at which team they will turned back over for general booking to he public. IF YOU ARE NOT BOOKING ROOMS, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY! Please contact Dan Lewison at (608) 381-2304 immediately after these steps have been completed in order for us to know that you have done these steps. We need to plug your team name into our brackets on the internet as well.
